SMS Terms of Service

1. Program Description
Scapes Landscaping & Irrigation (“Scapes,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) offers an SMS messaging program for customers and prospective customers who choose to receive text messages from us.
Depending on the type of consent you provide, messages may include:
- Responses to customer inquiries and requests for estimates
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Property visit and project scheduling updates
- Landscaping, irrigation, installation, and maintenance service updates
- Customer service communications
- Promotional messages, special offers, or seasonal service announcements, where separately authorized
The messages you receive depend on your interactions with Scapes and the consent you provide.

Scapes does not control your carrier’s charges. Contact your wireless provider if you have questions about your messaging plan.
5. How to Opt Out
You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying: STOP
After we process your request, we will stop sending messages covered by that opt-out, except for any limited confirmation message or other communication permitted by law.
You may also contact us directly to withdraw your consent. We will honor valid opt-out requests in accordance with applicable law.
If you opt out of promotional text messages, you may still receive non-SMS communications or service-related communications through another channel where permitted and appropriate.

7. Supported Carriers and Delivery
Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier and network availability. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Our SMS program may not be available on every carrier, device, or network. We cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered successfully or immediately.
8. Privacy and Information Sharing

11. Limitation of Delivery and Service
SMS messages are provided as a convenience. They do not replace a signed service agreement, written estimate, invoice, or other official project documentation.
If a text message conflicts with a signed contract or approved written estimate, the applicable contract or estimate governs the project terms.
